June 6

We played a short round of Jeopardy today in class. As well I gave you some time to study in a small group situation for tomorrow's Rights and Responsibilities Unit Final. Study tonight!

We watched another section of the documentary "The Corporation". Please remember that you have your Topic B Unit Final on Friday. Please review/study for this unit final.

I am just wondering how hard friday's test on Topic B is going to be?? Like out of the key terms I know some of them, some I do not know! I' starting to frak out because I have a UF in bio on monday and I think I have a physics one and i haven't even started to study for one of my final exams!!! I still have 3 of those also. I am also wondering if we study really hard for friday's test if we really have to worry about studying Topic B for the final?? I know the final does not cover as much but I am wondering if it covers some of the same stuff???? I am also wondering if you are posting marks soon??

Know the various sections of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Typically on a MC test you'll be given a description of a right, and you'll have to be able to decide what type of right it is from the CCRF. Study that worksheet that you did on on the CCRF,and the other one that has summary of the various sections of the CCRF.

I'll be posting marks for Social 20 students early next week after you've written your Topic B Unit Final. Know the key concepts list that I gave you in class, and that will help so that you can, if necessary, make an educated guess on the test. Take a look over the Topic B Outline as well, know your stuff and you'll be fine.
