I really can't give you a set answer because it will vary dependng on the mechanics of your board game. Test your game before you hand it in. For your game will 125 questions be enough? Maybe it will maybe it won't. You probably won't be able to tell until you actually sit down to play it.
I cant find the definitions for the following terms in my textbook or the powerpoint presentations.

-------------------------
Great Fear (on pg. 36, under the heading that says "Great Fear")
Law of Suspects is the glossary of terms.
National Convention starts on page 44 (under the heading "National Convention") and the "Mountain" appears in the glossary of terms and it basically refers to the Jacobins position in the convention as they sat in the higher seats and looked down upon the other delegates.
can the answers to DBA be in point form notes???
Also, when we write what the differences, similarities are, do we just copy the statementthat are similar/different ??
Are we handing in the Napoleon chart on Tuesday for marks or are we taking it up in class?

It'll be a homework check. I'm going to be doing a lot of homework checks while you are writing your French Revolution quiz too.

if we already started the DBA putting things in point form...do we have to rewrite it?

Please put it into full sentence form. You can put your answers on a separate piece of paper.
i hate full sentences. but i think i'll live.

Good. There's nothing more tragic than someone dying from using full sentence answers.

for the similarities and differences, does all three states or disagree on a idea? or can it be just 2/3 states tat agrees/disagrees?

It might be difficult to find all three estates in agreement, so if you can find similarities between two estates that acceptable.

Check the value of the question and have at least that many ideas, if not more.

The Revolutionary Tribunal was the court of law that was set up during Danton's time as Minister of Justice. It heard the cases of people who were accused of not be revolutionary enough or being too revolutionary. You might remember in the film that we watched that both Marie Antoinette and the Dantonists were brought before the Revolutionary Tribunal. Does this help?
yeah thanks for the help on the revolutionary tribunal, i actually found this on the internet "The Revolutionary Tribunal (French: Tribunal révolutionnaire) was a court which was instituted in Paris by the Convention during the French Revolution for the trial of political offenders, and became one of the most powerful engines of the Reign of Terror." Which is pretty much what you just explained. Thanks anyways.
was lafayette the one who was in charge of the national guard who also lead the march to versaille?
who was the man in the movie that interrupted the assembly, i think his name was st. joseph.. something...he sided with one group in the assembly you said he was important, what did he do again that made hime so important?

--------------------
Lafayette was in charge of the National Guard. He did not, however lead the march to Versailles. That march was led mostly by the women of Paris. The Paris mob forces Louis XVI and his family to return to Paris, and Lafayette and the National Guard help to guard the royals on the way back to Paris.
thank you for answering the questions so fast mr. g ^_^v

I believe that you'r etalking about Saint-Just. He was the first to call for the execution of Louis XVI. He later became closely linked with Robespierre, as he was a member of the Committee of Public Safety. Saint-Just was also a Jacobin, just like Robespierre, Danton and Marat.

You've caught me at a good time.

wondering if you could confirm this: the directory was the 83 different branches of revolutionary government? that signified the decentralization of power?
yeah thats the guy saint-just thanks that makes sense. another question though...who were the important girodins people if marat, robespierre and danton were all jacobin..??
wondering if you could confirm this: the directory was the 83 different branches of revolutionary government? that signified the decentralization of power?
-------------------------
No. The Constitution of 1795 established a two house legislature. The lower house was the Council of Five Hundred and the upper house was the Council of Elders. These two levels of government represent the legislative branch of the French government at this time. The executive branch was the Directory. There were five members in the Directory. They were chosen from people who had been elected to the Council of Elders, but the list of potential candidates was short-listed by the Council of Five Hundred. The Directory lasts from 1795 to 1799. It is the Directory that Napoleon overthrows in his coup d'etat.

I didn't really identify them during the film individually, and your textbook really doesn't either. Some of the key individuals were: Brissot, Carra, Duchastel, Ducos, Dufriche de Valazé, Duprat, Fauchet, Gardien, among others. Don't worry about memorizing any of this!! It's not on the test!!
I found a nice little quiz (15 multiple choice questions) that cover the French Revolution and Napoleon. You can find it here: http://apeuro.20m.com/FrRevc.htm
oki thanks for all the help. =)
hey thanks that quiz was great, i got all of them correct on my first guess! =)
i didn't =(
