We continued watching the PBS series "Eyes on the Prize", we watched Episode 2 today. Your Episode 2 questions are due on Monday. If you missed class today, you can find this episode on the IB 30/35 wiki, on the Civil Rights Movement page (scroll down to find it). You can also find the entire PDF for each episode on the wiki as well (usually the readings and questions are on the first two pages of the PDF).

Social 10-1

We finished watching "Where the Spirit Lives" today, and you also wrote a quiz on the film as well. I gave you a reading on the Canadian government's apology for the residential school system. I also showed you a CBC New in Review series on the residential schools as well. We'll be starting Unit 3 material on Monday.

Social 20-1

We watched the documentary "Blitzkrieg to the Bomb" today, which took most of the class period. You should get the results for your Chapter 5-6 Test next week. You should also look over the maps and readings that are in your Social 20-1 coursebook (pages 172-183).
