You got the results back from your Chapter 7 Cold War Exam today. I did a short lecture on the differences between positive freedoms and negative freedoms. If you missed class today, please make sure that you get these notes from a classmate. You had the remainder of class time to work on the Chapter 8 Key Terms and Questions. These key terms and questions are due on Friday, May 1st. Please remember to review Unit 2 material. You will be writing your Unit 2 Final Exam on Tuesday, May 5th (please see the study guide below). If you're looking for practice multiple choice questions, please take the Test II at the back of your Social 30-1 study booklet. There are 137 multiple choice questions on this test. Split it up over three days, and do about 40 or so questions a night in the lead-up to the Unit 2 Final Exam.

You had the entire period to complete background research on the history of India. This activity will provide you with background knowledge necessary to better understand the film "Gandhi". We will be starting our film study of "Gandhi" on Friday. Please remember that you are writing your Unit 2 WRA II Essay tomorrow. I'll take in the Indian independence movement colonial history/background questions on Friday as well. You are writing the Chapter 7-8 Test on Thursday, May 7th (please see the study guide below).
