Hi, Mr. Gilchrist, I'm wondering what it means by "you must include a timeline of major events in the TNC's history"; what does "major" encompass in the context of a TNC's history? For example, would it include changes in leadership, medium sized acquisitions, spin-offs, and new inventions?

Sorry, I missed this one the other day. Major events could be a variety of things, for example the introduction of new and innovative products (for example, if you're doing Apple, you might want to include the dates for MacIntosh introduction, the Mac, the iPod Classic, the iPod Touch, and the iPhone), when key appointments happened (Steve Jobs becomes CEO), when key acquisitions or mergers happened, etc. I hope this helped. It's also a good idea to do a Google search for timelines on your product/company/corporation, you never know, someone may have done one already on TimeToast or Timelines.com or XTimeline.
