Today's class was spent writing your Unit 2 Written Response Assignment II in the Blenheim Room. Tomorrow we'll tie up some loose ends in looking at the Canadian political system and then we'll move into the American system.

We finished off watching "Globalisation is Good" today. I went through a PowerPoint presentation that corresponds to material in Chapter 13 called "The Impacts of Economic Globalization on Environments". I will send this presentation to you this afternoon. Please print it off and add it to your notes. Your Chapter 13 Key Terms and Questions are due on Thursday. Please remember that your TNC Dossier Assignment is due tomorrow.

I'm doing the Disney corporation for my TNC project and I read an article about how workers for Disneyland in Anaheim (where Disneyland is located) had to live in motel rooms and small, cheap apartments because they couldn't afford the housing around Disneyland, since their pay was really low. I wanted to use that information for the question 'How has this corporation affected people's lives socially, economically, and politically?' Would it be a social affect or an economic affect?
Do you know where Disney manufactures their products?
i cant find all of the places disney sells their products, which i need for my map. should just put what i have on the map? or can i just use my own knowlegde in where the products are sold? do u know any places where disney products are sold?
For the history of TNC, can we just include the timeline or do we also have to have a description?
Can we use the Gale Virtual Reference documents as a print source for the TNC project?

Put what you have on a map. You could also locate Disney theme parks on the same map.

You shouldn't use Wikipedia.

It probably would look more appealing in color, although there are exceptions to that.
