We finished off the CNBC documentary "The Age of Wal-Mart" today. I then showed a video from the CBC show "The Fifth Estate" called "Made in Bangladesh". If you missed class today, you can watch the video from the CBC website here. While you watched the second video, you should have been writing notes on the benefits and detriments of sweatshop labour. There are links on this blog under Social 10-1 Links that will help you complete your chart. You should also check out the following articles, that will give you different perspectives on the factory collapse in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
