March 17

We talked about position papers today in class. If you missed class today, please email me directly and I will send you the assignment that is due on Tuesday. If you have any further questions about the position paper outline, please see me in Tutorials on Monday. Please remember that you have an Identity Unit Final on Tuesday. Please study!

I gave you a few handouts today on position papers, and we did some brainstorming activities regarding creating arguments and examples. Please remember that you have a Nationalism Test on Monday. Please study!

Social 20-4:
Who do you need to know for the Nationalism Test: anyone associated with the French Revolution, the Napoleonic Era and the Congress of Vienna(I gave you a glossary of terms that may be helpful during our study of the French Revolution, and I had you highlight it, it also includes important terms and people from the Napoleonic era). You need to know what countries were allied with France and which ones were directly controlled by Napoleonic France (remember the map assignment?).

Social 10: There were three PowerPoint presentations in the Identity unit, plus the French-English Relations PowerPoint that I sent you during our Regionalism unit.
