July 20


You wrote your Chapter 11-12 Quiz at the beginning of class today. We watched a short video called "Impact of Globalization" while completing a video study guide. After watching this video, we watched another video called "The Other Side of Outsourcing" and completed a film study to go with it. After the break we watched another video called "Globalization is Good" and completed a film study booklet to go along with it. Your Chapter 13 Questions and Chapter 14 Key Terms and Questions are due tomorrow. I gave you back the results of your Unit 3 in-class writing assignment, and your Chapter 11-12 Quiz.

Your Unit 3 Final Exam is on Wednesday, July 22nd. This final exam has a different format than your previous unit finals. There is a short matching section, and you must also complete a chart (point form answers) on what supporters or critics might say about certain international agreements or organizations (please see the Chapter 11 Quiz Study Guide for an idea of what this might look like). There will also be a multiple choice section to this test (25 multiple choice questions), and a written component as well. The written component will require you to analyze two sources, and identify key concepts reflected in the sources. Please review the following key concepts from Unit 3:
