I showed you a CNBC documentary on Nike today, and then gave you the remainder of class time to work on your Chapter 13 and 14 Key Terms and Questions. I'll be doing a homework check on all of this work on Friday, May 4th. Please remember that you're writing the Chapter 10-11 Test tomorrow. You can find the study guide below.

Please make sure that you review Chapters 10 and 11. Please review your answers to questions/activities from your Unit 3 worksheet, as well as the key terms (from Chapter 10-11 and from the PowerPoint presentations). This test is on Thurssday, May 3rd.

I went through the "recipe for success" for writing a WRA II essay today. Tomorrow, you'll be doing an activity on analyzing sources and you'll also probably get to see what the quote is for your Unit 2 WRA II Essay. You're writing that essay on Monday. Don't forget to study for your Chapter 7-8 Test, which is happening on Tuesday, May 8th. You can find the study guide for the Chapter 7-8 Test below.

This test is on Tuesday, May 9th. It will consist of 20-24 key terms in a matching section, and 3-4 short answer questions. Please study the following PowerPoint presentations:

  • "Contemporary Examples of Genocide" (this is posted on the wiki)

I went through what to expect on the Paper 2 and Paper 3 IB History exams. Make sure that you are doing your review of the key topics that we emphasized in class. We're going to try a do a Q & A session, so come prepared with some questions to tomorrow's class.
