All that question means is "How did Pepsi expand into the large transnational corporation it is today?" Does that help?

There's lots of ways of accomplishing this, but one way of doing it, is to have a world map and demonstrate how the transnational corporation expanded its overseas operations over the years. If you do it this way, you are "killing two birds with one stone" as a map is a requirement of the assignment. Another way to do it is to trace the growth of the corporation in written form or in your timeline. Like I said, there's lots of ways of demonstrating this.
