Most of today's period was spent working on background information on the history of India, which will set the stage for our case study of the Indian independence movement. If you didn't complete Part 1 of the booklet in class today, it is due for homework tomorrow. We'll be starting our film study of "Gandhi" tomorrow.

Most of today's class was spent working on the Events of WWII booklet. Your Causes of WWII Assignment is due on Friday (May 1st), so you should be working on it a bit each night.

Today was a very busy period. I delivered a PowerPoint presentation called "The Holocaust", which I will send to you by e-mail. Please print this presentation off and add it to your notes. Also, I have sent you another document by e-mail called "36 Questions About the Holocaust", please print it off and read it. We also watched a documentary film today called "Genocide". I will give you the results of your Interwar Years Unit Exam tomorrow, and do a homework check to see if you have printed off the WWII Conferences and Agreements notes that I have sent to you.
